Charles is a prominent figure in the real estate scene in the greater Atlanta area. He began his career as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2006 after serving 5 years in the United States Navy as a Submariner on the USS Houston SSN 713.
He reached over 50 million in sales volume in his first 3 years in the business. Charles has been presented with multiple awards and honors including: RE/MAX Rookie of the Year in 2006; Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certification, HUD Certification, Certified Distressed Property Expert Certification; Platinum Club; and Million Dollar Club.
In Jan of 2020 Charles and a handful of agents joined 1st Class Real Estate. Charles has rapidly grown his business to 6 locations covering 3 states, he hired over 100 agents in the first year of opening his first franchise. He has 2 mortgage companies originating in GA & FL and a Title company that covers multiple states. Charles is also a Franchise Area Rep for 1st Class Real Estate. He currently has 25 Franchise units and growing under his AR.
