From the moment we decide to get our real estate license or google, “How to flip a house,” we are bombarded with peddlers of miracle products and services that promise to get the money rolling in while we sit back and enjoy life as we sip pina coladas on the beach. Okay, that’s a little bit of an exaggeration, but all of us have been suckered into buying some kind snake oil in the form of lead generation or the like. I say all this in jest of course. Not all these services are bad, and everything works with consistency. The problem lies with all the choices and the need for instant results in today’s world brought about from that little computer in our pockets!
