What motivates you? What paralyzes you? Believe it or not it’s often the same thing. Fear and stress can be hard to overcome. Stress is brought on by fear and fear is brought on by stress. Before you know it you are this overwhelming, endless cycle. Break the spinning wheel of mediocrity! This episode will change the way you look at your fears and how you view stress.
