  This is the agent mind podcast. All right, everyone. After a long time away, we're coming back. The agent mind podcast has returned. I'm compelled to just record this trailer because I don't know. I'm excited. I'm excited. I don't want to wait for the, the, all the episodes to be recorded. I'm going to. Put this trailer out there. It's going to be phenomenal. Um, plus I'm gonna get, I gotta kind of get back into it and get back into the hosting the podcast thing. So, so here it is trailer season two of the agent mind podcast is hitting. It's coming. Um, I'm not sure when, probably Friday, this might air Friday anyways, it's in December, the first week of December is going to be. We're going to have the, the, the episodes are going to come out once a week. I'm planning on doing about 12 episodes for a season, and it's going to be awesome where, uh, if you're a listener of the agent mind podcast, you know, that the first season, which we're calling it that now, the first season was full of mindset stuff. It's all basically all mindset. Um, there was some, you know, uh, I guess, tactical stuff in there. Some, some, uh, best practices you could do as a real estate agent, as an investor. Um, we're kind of changing course. We're going to keep some, we're going to keep a lot of the mindset stuff. Cause it is so hugely important during to keep that. And we're going to kind of dive into, um, more of. Like stuff that you can use, like actions that you can take today or actions that you can take when you listen to the podcast, put them in your business and, um, they will work for you. Um, that I can't, I don't have to say too much about that. So what the heck, why has it been so long since I know you're, I know that's, that's the question on everyone's mind on everyone in America. That's the question on their mind, where. Have you been TJ with the age in mind podcast? No, I do. I do have a lot of listeners, which I'm, I'm so thankful for. And there was a lot of listeners this past year that I had over a year now that I haven't put out an episode. The first season is still getting downloads. I'm so thankful for that. I'm humbled by that actually. Um, so it's been amazing. Um, I just, just brief explanation of what has happened, why I kind of stepped away. So when I started the podcast, I was about 50 episodes in. So about a year long, I did the podcast once a week. Um, very consistent with the two up to that point, I started to realize that, um, I needed to strip everything out of my business and really focus on my team and my real estate sales business. And I also side note, I also, um, dug in and I've linked arms with Neil Mathwig and agent rise coaching. I am a authorized agent rise coach. Um, it's amazing if you want a little more about that. I'll, I'll put a link in the show notes. You can book call with me. You book call with a discovery call. The only other thing I want to talk about today is it is what is the podcast going to look like? What does season two look like? And the first season was super heavy on mindset. Um, Super heavy on, uh, on, uh, on that type of stuff. Um, not a lot of some, but not a lot of like actual skill building, tactical things you can do. So I really want to add more of that in this season. So we're going to have interviews with some awesome people in the industry. We're going to have, um, We're going to talk about actual action steps that you can take as soon as you listen, you can take and put them in your business and see success. And, um, also I, I think it's important to, especially now with the current temperature of real estate business and all that, what's everything that's going on. There's a lot of confusion. There's a lot of rumor. There's a lot of, of nay poo poo talk. Nay pooh pooh talk. You like that? You can use that. Nay pooh pooh talk. The first segment of each part of this episode is gonna be news and we're just gonna, I'm just gonna give my take on news. James Dickey, who's an integral part of my team now. He's, he's gonna be on probably a lot. I don't know. It's loose, but he'll be on definitely. You'll hear his voice. A lot in season two, and we're going to give our take on what's going on in, in the, in the news with regards to real estate. So that's it folks. I'm going to drop it right there. I'm back.
